Adelabella is a well-bred 5-year-old bay mare by the sire Mukhadram who is a dual 1m winner at 3, top-class 10-12f performer at 3-4, from family of Mastery, first 3-year-olds in 2019 and out of Comfort In Sound.

Adelabella took time to come to hand but has gone on to prove her ability. She was unraced as a 2 and 3-year-old. Adelabella has placed in majority of her races and has won for the club twice.

She is an exciting mare to follow.

Adelabella – Trainer update

Adelabella has taken a step back from her training and will continue with on the walkers and light schooling until the New Year ready for next season. Adelabella has run 17 times for the club this year and been placed or won 13 on them. She is a genuine mare who continues to show ability.

Adelabella had an issue coming out of the stalls at Lingfield which cost her the race. She was given the all clear the next day and is back on the walkers. She will be in light work for the next 4-6 weeks after her busy and successful season.

Adelabella did not like to ground on Wednesday and done well to stay on for 6th. She has come out of her race fine and is back in training. We will see how she gets on over the next weeks before making a plan.

Adelabella has an entry for Monday next week. While she is fit and still race ready, we will try her on the all weather and see how she gets on. If not running well, Adelabella will have a break until the next season.

Adelabella ran a good race at Sandown. The jockey rode her as he did when she won at Newmarket however the race did not pan out that way. She finished strongly and was fine the next day. She was not declared for Epsom Downs this week. She has an entry for Yarmouth next week.
