Michael Wigham is based in Newmarket, just one of many on the Hamilton Road. Michael has been training for over 20 years and currently holds a combined license. He enjoys being around the horses while watching them progress.

A qualified farrier by trade, Phil set out training in 2007. In his first year with 4 horses, he became the seasons Leading Hunter Chase Trainer. He has since grown into one of the North’s leading trainers with a fantastic team behind him and some lovely horses past & present that he has had the privilege of training. Holding a dual licence, the yard has enjoyed many listed and graded winners, both on the flat and over jumps.
